Directions

Pre-Flush - Fill the bottle with warm water and do a pre flush before adding the coffee mix. This will remove initial toxins and allow the coffee solution to work.

Flush - Add 2 teaspoons of the coffee mix to the bottle and then fill with warm water. Using a small amount of lubricant, insert the hose into the rectum and slowly take the whole bottle of coffee solution.

Hold the solution in for 12 minutes if possible. For cramps or pain waves, take deep breaths and they will pass in a few seconds.

Do not force the solution out of the body as it will pass the solution within 10 to 15 minutes naturally.
