Psyllium Seed Husks - 150 Grams

Psyllium Seed Husks contains is portions of Plantago Oevata seeds, a plant native to India, grown organically in Thailand. Air's Psyllium Seed Husks is soluble in water, and expands when wet. It's used to relieve constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, and diarrhea. It is also used as a regular dietary supplement to improve and maintain regular GI transit.
The inert bulk of the husks provides a constant volume of solid material in the intestines irrespective of diet or any disease of the gut.

Directions

Take 1-3 teaspoons per glass of water and quickly drink.
